It is Good to be a Homeopath During COVID19 by Deborah Olenev CCH RSHom (NA)
I am extremely fortunate? Why? I am sitting in quarantine in my home with my children and my dog, living a wonderful life. Sure our house is in a state of disorder, as none of us are good at house cleaning, and I have an endless pile of work to do in the office, but still it is a wonderful life.
I am extremely fortunate that with over thirty years of experience as a homeopath that the only person who called me for help with the Coronavirus was my relative.
I have treated people with acute illnesses, and the usual chronic complaints, but the people I have treated over my years of service as a homeopath are not calling me for care during this pandemic.
According to my thinking there are a few possible reasons for this:
1. They are too healthy and don’t need help. Maybe I have been doing a good job after all.
2. They are sick but have forgotten about homeopathy and my practice.
3. They are going to other homeopaths.
4. They are going to allopaths for treatment.
5. I am just really bad at getting the word out about homeopathy and what it can do for epidemic infectious diseases.
6. The government’s order to Shelter In Place is very effective and my clientele is staying healthy.
All of this spells excellent news for me. With my practice very slow, I am going to drive up to my daughter’s house and spend a week playing with my grandchildren.
This pandemic is a wonderful time to be a homeopath rather than an allopathic doctor, because the public does not know about the homeopathic track record in pandemics. Hence you are left alone to have a great life and not have to struggle in hospitals with sick and dying patients all around you, and fearing for your own survival. (Of course, this is my personal experience. I know there are homeopaths in the world who are in the front lines, along with their allopathic colleagues doing tremendous work).
Western medicine, (what homeopaths call allopathy), in the form of the AMA wanted to establish dominance in this country, and claim that their’s was the only valid form of medicine and everything else was fraudulent. Hence they forbade the teaching of homeopathy in their medical schools. They brought about the closing down of hundreds of homeopathic medical schools and hospitals and forbade the word “homeopathy” to be mentioned in their institutions.
A curtain was brought down over the free flow of ideas between the different medicals systems which thrived in the 1800s. The free marketplace of learning, of knowledge, of teaching was effectively suppressed.
The doctors, the medical organizations, the pharmaceutical industry, the politicians, the journalists in some insidious manner like a cancer that grows imperceptibly in the body to eventually gain total control over the entire organism managed to obliterate the memory and the legitimacy of homeopathy in the minds of the medical consumer and medical practitioners. Sadly, this was not to lead to the ultimate well-being of the host–suffering humanity seeking healing.
These organizations and forces managed to consolidate power over such a long period of time, and in such an effective way that eventually only their voices were heard. (Has Dr. Sanjay Gupta, the leading medical expert on CNN, ever expressed an alternative viewpoint publicly? Has he ever spoken about homeopathy, Ayurveda, Chinese medicine on CNN? The answer is no. (This does not mean I don’t like Dr. Gupta. I like him very much). A man in his position has the power to do an unbelievable amount of good yet something stops him. Is it lack of education? Fear for his job? Or is it total lack of exposure to nonconventional viewpoints, because it was missing in his education? The rational, materiaistic view of man and disease is the only one the public is allowed to hear about on conventional television news networks. CNN, MSNBC and FOX News are all sponsored by the pharmaceutical industry. We are not going to hear about homeopathy on these news programs.
Facts were hidden, such as the staggering statistic that in the 1918 Spanish Flu Pandemic that killed 50 to 100 million people that the mortality rate of people seeking homeopathic treatment in one hospital in Philadelphia that had a homeopathic and allopathic wing, that the mortality rate in the homeopathic wing was 1.05% (and probably as high as that because patients turned to homeopathy when their diseases were advanced and allopathy had already failed them). Meanwhile the mortality rate for patients seeking allopathic treatment was around 30%. They also don’t tell you that one of the leading causes of death for so many people who died during that pandemic was that they were taking Bayer Aspirin, which effectively, shut down their body’s ability to respond to the infection.
The AMA, the allopathic hospitals and institutions have created an unbelievable situation—they have killed off the competition.
They have educated several generations of physicians—people who went into medicine with positive intentions, a desire to help suffering humanity, and to do good in the world—and taught them a rational, materialistic medical system, while keeping them ignorant or suspicious of Homeopathy, and other therapies like Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda, Botanical medicine, Western and Eastern Herbalism, energy healing and many other modalities.
I am a homeopath with a medicine chest full of remedies that have proven their efficacy in the epidemics and pandemic diseases that have popped up over the last few centuries, and I have training on how to use these medicines. Yet with over 760,000 OOVID19 cases at the time of the writing of this article, my phone does not ring. Hallelujah! My emails overwhelm me with constant information about the Coronavirus, but no one seeking treatment for the disease, except my relative.
As I said I have a good life and I am very happy to keep it that way. In fact the fewer people who call me the happier I am. I can walk in the park, play Chopin on the piano, cook a fantastic meal for my kids, catch up on my office work, listen to brilliant teachers of my favorite subject—Divine Homeopathy, and in between I can commune with God in the bliss of meditation.
So friends be well, be happy. I love you all.
Peace be with you,
Deborah Olenev CCH RSHom (NA)

I am no longer responding to people’s questions regarding personal health matters on my blog, because it becomes stressful for me due to the volume of such questions that I get.
Also there is no way I can actually answer these questions properly without familiarizing myself with the person’s health.
For anyone who is interested in working with me, please complete the appropriate questionnaire and send it to me. This way I will know that you are ready to move forward with a consultation.
I wish you the best of health.
Peace be with you,
Deborah Olenev CCH RSHom (NA)
